BIOSSET Ltd. designs and produces automated instruments for synthesis and purification of standard, degenerate and modified oligonucleotides. Our goal is the development and production of cost efficient easy and reliable instruments with reasonable prices.

Our instruments are developed in tight contacts with the leading Russian experts in the field of DNA/RNA synthesis. BIOSSET's Synthesizers designed to meet requirements for efficiency, economy, and reliability both in the bath production of oligonucleotides and scientific research.

The headquarters is located at Novosibirsk Scientific Center. The Moscow BIOSSET's Department provides technical service of the produced instruments.

Oligonucleotides Purification System OPS-201 The OPS-201 system is an automatic device for isolation of oligonucleotides using Reverse Phase cartridges. According to HPLC data, the purity of the obtained preparations amounts to more than 90%. Purified oligonucleotides are successfully used in PCR, Genotyping, Sequencing, Hybridization assays, etc. OPS-201 is a simple and economy device in exploitation implying the use of inexpensive chemicals.

DNA synthesizer ASM-800

ASM-800 DNA synthesizer is a high-efficient instrument for using in a wide field of research. The instrument allows cost efficient synthesis of standard and degenerate DNA, RNA, DNA-RNA chimeras, phosphorothioate DNA and DNA containing various groups (TET, 6-FAM, HEX, biotin, Cy 3, Cy 5, etc.) to be performed. Eight different oligonucleotides can be simultaneously synthesized for 3.5 hours on eight columns. The instrument can be successfully used for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with the length up to 250 nt. The ASM-800 ensures the extremely economical consumption of reagents and solvents.
