BIOSSET Ltd. designs and produces automated instruments for synthesis and purification of standard, degenerate and modified oligonucleotides. Our goal is the development and production of cost efficient easy and reliable instruments with reasonable prices.

Our instruments are developed in tight contacts with the leading Russian experts in the field of DNA/RNA synthesis. BIOSSET's Synthesizers designed to meet requirements for efficiency, economy, and reliability both in the bath production of oligonucleotides and scientific research.

The headquarters is located at Novosibirsk Scientific Center. The Moscow BIOSSET's Department provides technical service of the produced instruments.

DNA/RNA synthesizer ASM-800

The instrument allows cost efficient synthesis of standard and degenerate DNA, RNA, DNA-RNA chimeras, phosphorothioate DNA and DNA containing various groups (TET, 6-FAM, HEX, biotin, Cy 3, Cy 5, etc.) to be performed. The instrument can be successfully used for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with the length up to 250 nt.

DNA/RNA synthesizer ASM-2000

The ASM-2000 high-throughput DNA/RNA synthesizer allows the parallel synthesis of the 96 sequences of standard, degenerate or modified DNA and RNA for many applications such as sequencing, genetic analysis, PCR- and probe-based hybridization assays, gene building, siRNA, aptamers, probes etc.

The OPS-1000 system is intended for isolation of oligonucleotides using solid phase DMT-ON purification method. This method provides the flexibility to purify up to 96 samples simultaneously. The quality of purification is more than 92% (according to HPLC data).
