Technopark in Novosibirsk Academgorodok
Technopark is the most scale investment project that is realized in Novosibirsk region.
Technopark Mission – to make the regional innovation economy leading in home and foreign markets of high technology, using Siberian science potential.
Main specializations of Technopark:
- biotechnologies and medicine;
- information and telecommunication technologies;
- instrument-making and science intensive equipment;
- power electronics.
Technopark is the core of the town-planning project of Academgorodok reconstruction, modernization, and development, which includes:

a complex of office and laboratory buildings, the total area is not less than 160 000 m2, including business incubators (not less than 10 000 m2);

a community-business centre with the total area not less than 85 000 m2, that will consist of a conference centre, exhibition centre, hotel, and shopping mall;

microdistricts (total area - 380 000 m2) with real estate and social infrastructure for Technopark employees and institutes of SB of RAS;

engineering infrastructure to produce new and support already-functioning objects of Technopark.

Simultaneously with Technopark new buildings of Novosibirsk state university and dormitories will be erected within the same architecture conception.
