Korvet Ltd. was organized in August, 2003. It has proved to be a dynamic-developing innovation company with high-qualified specialists.
Korvet mainly develops, produces, and introduces hardware and software packages of high-temperature processes remote-diagnosis and automated control. Application: heat-and-power engineering, metallurgy, machinery construction, coal-, gas-, oil-producing and refining industry.
The equipment was developed together with the Institute of automation and electrometry of the SB of RAS. It allows to collect data of the dynamic objects and processes physical characteristics automatically. Also it is possible to make digital information processing to form steering commands. Different complex modifications could be used for remote diagnosis and automated control of the burning process at thermoelectric power stations, and for technological parameters diagnosis and other high-temperature processes control.
The technologies of Korvet in the sphere of burning remote-diagnosis are directed towards updating power units at thermoelectric power stations and industrial projects. They help to economize fuel greatly, to prevent from toxic emission, fire, and explosion due to good and effective control of burning processes.

Hardware and software package of burning processes remote-diagnosis

The complex allows:

to measure spatial, temporal, temperature and spectral characteristics of a flame radiation effectively;
-
to measure a gas mixture composition effectively;
-
to collect, process, present (also in the form of mimic panels) and archive the data of the remote diagnosis;
-
to assess selectively the efficiency of various fuel burning;
-
to create signals for automated control.

The complex consists of:
- photoelectronic torches monitoring devices «Korvet-F»;
- photoelectronic torches monitoring devices «Korvet-FL»;
- temperature sensors (pyrometers), including multi-spectral ones;
- MIS-capacity hydrogen gas-analyzers «Korvet-H2»;
- solid-electrolytic oxygen gas-analyzers «Korvet-O2»;
- interface device;
- microprocessor modules;
- data-mapping module;
- control program complex.
The configuration of the remote-diagnosis complex could be changed according to the customer’s request.

Photoelectronic torches monitoring devices, MIS-capacity hydrogen gas-analyzers «Korvet-H2», solid-electrolytic oxygen gas-analyzers «Korvet-O2» could be used not only within the remote-diagnosis complexes, but also autonomously for ecological monitoring of the production processes.
Korvet delivers the equipment, trains the staff, provides warranty service and technical support during the lifetime.
The devices are certified according to the State standard of the Russian federation and admitted to be used.
An industrial approbation has shown the high reliability during several years and high metrological characteristics.

At the contest «Sibsafety-2003» in the Siberian fair (science and technological developments in the sphere of safety) the company developments received a Big golden medal for the development and introduction of the hydrocarbon fuel burning remote-diagnosis complex that prevents from fire, explosions at energy and industrial plants.
