LLC «NOVOSIBLASER» is one of the first Centers of Laser Thechnology in Russia. Its enterprises possess the liberal share of the market in the Siberian region. Among the most active customers are enterprises in Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Bijsk and other cities. 

 

Main activity of LLC «NOVOSIBLASER» – sheet material processing. The company takes orders for complex sheet-materials processing, including a full technological cycle: laser cutting, high-precision bending, welding, polymeric-powder coloring. It also produces casework and develops construction documentation.

 

Production load of automated laser technological complex is about 100% due to the work in three shifts and without days off. During the month about 30 tonnes are processed at the equipment of LLC «NOVOSIBLASER».

The work in the sphere of laser technics in Academgorodok, Novosibirsk was done under the direction of the professor Orishich Anatoliy Mitrofanovich, the doctor of physico-mathematical sciences. It was done in three directions:

 

Firstly, fundamental science research was done in the following spheres: physics of gas lasers with convective gas cooling, technique and technologies of glow discharges creating in gas flows, powerful infrared and ultraviolet radiation, thermodynamics of gas flow, radiation-substance radiation.

 

As a result of the conducted research the prototypes of a powerful continuous and pulse-periodic gas laser (radiating power 1-8 kilowatt, high-quality ray) were done. The lasers developed in ITAM of the SB of RAS are the only in the world technological lasers that have a special patented resonator, which allows to receive a high-quality radiation.

  
The new method of gas pumping with simultaneous its cooling was introduced and patented. The method is based on the usage of a disk-fan – a heat-exchanger. The peculiarity of such fans is in the variety of rotor’s speed of rotation without a stall from the disks’ working surface, since the rotor consists of disks that move in parallel with the flow. Another feature of disk-fans is the disks’ sliding against a pumping gas. It favors the heat transfer from gas to disks. Now the prospects of disk-fans usage in СО2  lasers are being investigated.

As a result of the research in modeling of physical and thermo-gas dynamic processes in the laser cut zone technological conditions of thin materials (from 0,5 to 10,0 mm gauge) laser cutting with good quality, with the surface runout accuracy – 20 micron were obtained. It became possible to receive new results concerning thick-sheet metals laser cutting and go further in material thickness up to 30-40 mm. The cutting by the oxygen supersonic stream and laser participation has aroused big interest in Russia and abroad, particularly the cutting of especially-thick metals (up to 50-80 mm gauge).

 

Secondly, the EDB of laser technics within the SB of RAS was organized to create the prototypes of the technological complexes for sheet-materials cutting. It has developed science basis of laser cutting plants.

 

Their high quality was shown at the fair in Hanover, Germany in 2005. The laser plant (the power up to 8 kilowatt) that doesn’t have analogues in the world was demonstrated for the first time. The authors were awarded with the diploma «For the best presentation of Russia as a country of advanced technologies».

 

At the same time, though there is a need for laser technics and science achievements, there is no laser industrial production in Russia.

  
Thirdly, the private enterprise LLC «NOVOSIBLASER» was organized in 1992 by the specialists of laser technics to render services in sheet-materials laser cutting.
