Production-ecology enterprise «SIBECOPRIBOR»

Production-ecology enterprise «SIBECOPRIBOR» was organized in 1994 by the group of research assistants and engineers of the Siberian branch of RAS.

The company mainly takes part in creating and mastering of national environmental protection system. It develops and introduces ecological monitoring up-to-date methods and means.

An effective cooperation with a number of leading institutes of the SB of RAS and the usage of the most progressive science achievements in the sphere of high technology provides for the high-level production.

The enterprise is characterized by the complex approach of solving ecological monitoring problems. It deals not only with instrument-making, but also with the production of accessory equipment, thermostats, laboratory extracts, and sampling systems.

Methods of quantitative chemical water analysis were developed to realize the high metrological and technical performance of the produces devices. Also State standard samples of oil product solution composition in tetrachloromethane and tristearin composition were made.

More than three thousand of analytical laboratories, enterprises in Russia and neighboring countries are equipped with «SIBECOPRIBOR» devices.

Specialists of the enterprise give technical and methodological support during the whole device lifetime.

«SIBECOPRIBOR» acts actively in the economical, science and technical life of Novosibirsk and is a member of the following organizations:

• Technopark «Novosibirsk»,
• Novosibirsk city Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
• Association «SibAcademInnovation».

Urgency and the high level of production was confirmed by numerous certificates and medals, received at specialized contests, exhibitions, and fairs throughout Russia.

The most important among them are: a Big Golden medal (1999) and a Small Silver medal (2005) of the Siberian Fair, a Golden medal and a certificate of the exhibition «Laboratory-2005», certificates of the exhibition «AnalyticaExpo» in 2005 and 2006. The enterprise is a prize-winner of a regional stage of the national award «Golden Mercury» (entrepreneur activity) in the nomination «The best small enterprise in the sphere of industrial production and construction» (2003). Also it was a laureate of the production contest «Novosibirsk mark» in the nomination «New technology» three times (2001, 2004, 2005).

In 2006, Production-ecology enterprise «SIBECOPRIBOR» was recorded on Novosibirsk Honor Board as repeated winner of Production, services and technologies contest «Novosibirsk mark».

Concentratometer KH-2m – contemporary ecological monitoring device meant for environment pollutants content determination (petroleum products, oils, and surfactant species) in potable, natural, and manufacturing waters, grounds, ground deposits. The device passed public tests, registrated in gauges public register number № 28474-04 (certificate RU.C.31.005.A № 19650).

Temperature measurer TM-12 – multi-channel high-precision temperature measurer meant for temperature and temperature fields measurement when certificating experimental climatic equipment (cold stores, thermostats, desiccators), as well as when carrying other jobs needed precision temperature measurement.

• thermostat AT-1 – temperature stabilization 20 ºС ± 0,5 ºС when determining BOD.
• thermostat AT-2 – temperature stabilization in the range (20 ºС – 50 ºC) ± 0,5 ºC.

Laboratory extractor EL-1 is meant for contaminants extraction concentration from sample water by any organic dissolvents in separating funnels.

Sample-selected system SP-2 is meant for sample water extraction from wells, natural and artificial origin basins at needed depth, including iced reservoirs.
