SOLAR Company 

The SOLAR company deals with the design and production of unique inflatable boat for mountain rivers and shallow water. The SOLAR boats combine the qualities of inflatable boats and rigid inflatable boats (RIB).

The SOLAR boats have a V-shaped inflatable bottom pasted-in the side and the prow of a boat volumetric on two ways that it gives the construction rigidity only comparable with RIB. Rigidity of the bottom is reached because of it has spatial form and also because of the bulkheads which are fixed vertically and longitudinally inside.

During boat-making the bottom (in an inflated state) is additionally glued with a layer of PVC. Behind the transom two transom plates which considerably reduce the draught are installed, thereby increasing speed of a boat with low-power motor. Boat-making only comes to inflation of a boat.

The SOLAR boats have passed all the safety tests under conditions of Gorny Altai and Khakassia and they have got the conformance certificate of the government standard in Russia (research institute “Lot”, St. Petersburg).
