The Novosibirsk Governor suggests stimulating innovative economy of the Region 

The authorities of the Novosibirsk Region «will focus their efforts on economy stimulation, primarily on innovative projects and innovative enterprises»; — the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Victor Tolokonsky said to "Interfax" on November 21, making comments on the results of XI congress of "United Russia".


"We will try to support people in the course of housing construction to the maximum. It is impossible to develop economy only with new technologies. Technologies are designed by people, it is necessary to build houses for them, and to create necessary conditions for their work», — Victor Tolokonsky considered.


The governor also noted that “it is necessary to stimulate the entire building complex” in the Region, including creation of new infrastructure facilities, road building and construction of road interchanges.


"I am pleased to emphasize that those problems that were raised and discussed now can be implemented in a specific document”, - said the Governor. Budgeting is based on normative standards, rather than estimates – the process is transparent and clear, it is based on the quality-oriented mechanisms.
